The process is specifically tailored to the unique circumstances of the closely-held business owner and is designed to work in collaboration with their existing legal, tax, and other professionals or with those alliances with whom ET has developed. The fee paid to Enterprise Transitions for the emerging or exit plan, acquisition or sale-side representation is tied to the various steps in the ET proprietary process and are defined at the time of engagement. Fees for the legal, tax, and other professionals engaged for the transaction are separate from ET fees.
